Not loving the new Lulu App. Not an upgrade, its harder to use, and no added features. No way to specify the type of item you want when buying fresh foods. Ex) cheese: I want sliced or shredded, packed a certain way, no way to ask for it! The competitor's app allows me to make a note directly on the item to say exactly what I need. Ex)coffee beans ground on #4, or my cheese shredded in two 500g boxes. Also not accepting credit cards on delivery! I hate waiting for the refund on canceled items!

The app is extremely slow, and I received a ready-to-eat item that was significantly smaller and lower quality than expected. I have photos comparing it with a reference item that clearly show the difference. Customer support through the app was unhelpful, and when I called, I was simply told that they will arrange a return and refund. It was already 10 pm and the item was ready-to-eat, I didn’t want to waste my time returning it. I expected a reasonabl partial refund or compensation instead.

one of the worst delivery experiences! ordered on the 16th Aug which was scheduled for delivery on the 20th between 5-9. Even after 4 days the delivery was late. Came after 10:30pm on a weekday! I ordered fresh produce and dairy products. you could have at least sent it in a refrigerated car/van! The minimum for food safety. lulu app assistant was too busy to reply, the call centre can't do anything. driver had a hard time picking up. Just disappointing. Never again!
